All collection and shipping cost is covered by the DAM owner.*
The Dam will be bred on_________Naturally or by artificial insemination. If Dam fails to conceive a return service at no additional charge will be given to this Dam on her next heat cycle. NO MONETARY REFUNDS. A statement from licensed veterinarian dated not later than fifty (50) days after mating or no more than 5 (five) days prior to the due date stating that the Dam is not pregnant will be provided to Stud owner by Dam owner in order to receive a return service. The return service will ONLY apply to the same female.
*2 (two) puppies regardless of sex is considered a litter produced. If 2 or more PUPPIES are BORN ALIVE, that is considered a litter. If by any reason PUPPIES die of natural cause, complications after birth, stud owner will NOT repeat the breeding. It is DAM owners responsibility to whelp, take care of the puppies after birth. After the puppies are born as a litter (2 puppies) our contract will be complete. If ownership of this Dam changes, a return service is the option of Stud owner. Transportation of the Dam is the responsibility of the Dam owner and the Stud owner will not be held liable. Stud owner will not be liable for any complications during breeding, in whelp, or delivery. Stud owner will be not be LIABLE for your puppies after they are born. A Written statement from a VET is required for return service if you only have 1 puppy. No cash compensation is due bitch owner nor will there be any refund either in whole or in part. No return service after second non-pregnancy mating. French Bulldogs are very susceptible to complications and Stud owner will not be held liable in any way if a complication should arise.*It is DAM's owner responsibity to test progesterone at a timely manner, to make sure insemination is done on the right progesterone level. It is also your responsibility to pay for shipment and collection of semen.*Additional Terms: If the Dam is left in our custody for breeding, we will do all in our power to provide for her health and well-being. However should she become sick or in danger, we will provide veterinary care at your expense, and we are released from all liability concerning this Dam.If we are doing the Aritificial Insemination, STUD OWNER will ensure we are using proper method to do insemination, using sterilize tools. We are NOT responsible for any complications.

*By signing, you AGREE that all the information you provided to us is accurate, including your female's color and DNA or whatever colors she carries. If by any chance you have given us false information about your DAM to get a discount in the stud fee, we have every right to REVOKE your papers.
If we are doing 2nd PICK puppy back, by signing you AGREE to our given terms.
*By signing, you also AGREE to pay the stud fee in timely manner or we will NOT verify your AKC registration papers until all stud fee amount is paid in full.
•It is DAM owner responsibility to ASK any questions about the stud prior to mating. If for any reason, you produce colors/ pattern that isn't your liking, stud owner will NOT be liable.
